All bets are on

I’m half way through the three day juice cleanse. While I know I am getting all the proper nutrients in all the difference juices there is just something about chewing your food that I miss. This just goes to show how high my food addiction runs. I’m tying to stay busy and trying  not to think about it too much, but it’s harder than it seems. So far I’ve reorganized my room, cleaned up the basement, and have started to work on stuff for school. I try to avoid my kitchen at all cost.

One of my goals is to meal plan better . I CANNOT wait to get to Trader Joe’s on Friday and start prepping for next week. My list is ready and I’m pretty sure I’ll be running there when I wake up. I can’t do it before the cleanse  is over because I don’t see myself staying strong enough to not eat the meals I make. I feel that would just be punishment for myself. I’ll share what I make and how I planned it all out once the meals are made.

A few of my friends and I are doing this thing for the month of January called a diet bet. You want to talk about accountability! We all had to pay money to join, and you have to lose 4% of your body weight in four weeks. If you do that you are guaranteed your money back. You can also win more money than what you put into it. Here’s to hoping we all get our money back and than some. So, how do  I have plan to stay motivated through these next four weeks? Meal plan, buy a pair of new workout pants (because having 32,4235 pairs isn’t enough), and step up my game at boxing.  I was going 3 days a week, but now I have it planned out to go at least 4 but hoping for 5! I hope I can stick to the schedule I made. If anything I just want my holiday weight gone!!
